The rate of this reservation is confirmed according to the number of guests indicated in this confirmation. Any increase or decrease in the number of guests may cause a change in the rate.

The rate indicated above has been calculated in Mexican pesos. Payment must be made in national currency (MXN). All charges are made in Mexican pesos. The hotel is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges associated with the use of a credit card. Payments in US dollars (USD) made at the hotel are subject to the hotel exchange rate.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The final price of the reservation has taxes included. This fee entails the full payment of the reservation at the time of making it. The reservation cannot be changed in name, date or cancelled. It benefits from a discount on the general rate.

In case of extended stay, the confirmed rate may not be available, therefore the rate to be confirmed for extended nights will be the best rate available for that day.

In case of change of date of your reservation (provided it is made on time and that the rate is not non-refundable), the rate may be modified according to its availability at the time of making the change.

Any other reservation made with offers or specific rates other than those indicated above will comply with the particular conditions indicated in each of them.

Please send us the proof of payment by email at: recepcion@bosquecaribe.com within 48 hours after your payment. 

Once the transfer has been verified, the final booking will be made and you will receive the confirmation of your reservation via email.

Please mention your booking number and name as the reason of the payment.

Reservations made by bank card are confirmed and immediately charged through the payment gateway connected to the website, in a completely secure manner.

The accepted bank cards are Visa and MasterCard.

The reservation can only be modified by contacting the hotel via email at recepcion@bosquecaribe.com or by phone at (984)8733876 / (984)1861076. The hotel will notify in writing the acceptance of such modification or cancellation.

In the event that you have been asked for an amount or advance for your reservation, it will be returned to you in the same way that you delivered it as long as you meet the cancellation conditions that were set at the time of booking.

General cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before 12 noon of the customer’s day of entry. Cancelling less than 48 hours prior to check-in or not showing up, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night on the chosen rate.

In case of non-refundable reservations, the cancellation policy indicates that the reservation cannot be cancelled or modified and your expenses will always be 100%.

In the case of force majeure, the hotel shall decide whether the quantities delivered should be returned, subject to the person’s justification.

In case of no show having a confirmed reservation, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the first night of stay plus taxes. 

In reservations of more than one night, if the client does not show up, the Hotel reserves the right to make the corresponding charge of no show and to cancel the rest of the nights booked.

The room is available for use from 3PM. The deadline to vacate the room on the day of your departure is 12 noon. 

At the time of check-in, your booking will be reviewed by the reception staff and you will be asked to pay the total amount outstanding from the booking. The reservation will only be honoured as indicated and confirmed in the system. The hotel may refuse other written or printed confirmation that may have been altered.

All guests are required to present the credit card used in the booking payment upon check-in. In addition, an ID with photo (driving license, ID or passport) must be presented. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID.

At check-in you will be asked for your credit card as guarantee of payment for breakfast, lost room keys and for any damage which might occur during the stay, which will be charged to the customer account and charged to the card provided according to the signed authorization for such charges.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and upon request to the Hotel in advance.

In case of change of date of your reservation (provided it is made on time and that the rate is not non-refundable), the rate may be modified according to its availability at the time of making the change.

• Children under 5 years old enter the room at no extra cost with available beds.

• Cots and extra beds have an additional cost which must be asked at the hotel latest at the time of check-in and these are subject to availability.

• The minimum age for booking at this property is 18 years. No one under 18 years of age may book or make purchases.

• All rooms are non-smoking. (Garden areas and terraces are smoking areas) 

• Cable TV service is provided by a local Mexican company, so there are no foreign channels on the list other than those included in the regular cable service.

• Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas are acceptable for the region. We provide 10MB, which may be insufficient for certain Internet pages or activities.

• The Hotel uses a closed-circuit television system (CCTV) and security cameras, exclusively in the facilities and common areas of the hotel, to be able to protect the security of individuals, materials and facilities. The information collected is only for safety reasons. All recorded CCTV footage will be kept for a maximum of 7 days (recording cycle).
